Products All of our products are made on a per order basis, which allows you to fully customize the end result making a product that you can show proudly in your home. The specifications, dimensions and type of wood, of each item are shown in the store. Each of the urns are made by hand at our woodworking shop to ensure quality is taken in each step of the process. Please note there are always minor variations in color and design from piece to piece. These variations are the hallmark of fine hand-crafted wood urns. We would like to point out that the color in the photos may vary from computer to computer. Not all computer monitors are calibrated to the same standard, so the product you receive may vary slightly in color from the photo on your monitor.

We wanted to personalize the purchase process as much as possible to help you create something that truly represents and reflects your loved one. During the customizing you will be asked to make various choices from the urn's shape, wood type, and lid. After making those decisions you will have the opportunity to add laser engraved elements to your urn. Text and images may be added to 4 sides of the urn. If you would like to add text and an image on the same side you will need to utilize our online design studio to create the design for your urn. Please note, when laser engraving an urn we try our best to match your custom made design but there may be small differences in positioning in the transfer between your online design and the final engraving done on the urn.Payment, Shipping, and Refunds After submitting your order you will be forwarded to a paypal checkout screen where you can pay with any form of credit card or paypal account. Prior to us making your urn we will send you a proof to verify everything is correct. Once we get the "ok" we will begin construction of the urn. A typical time frame from order to receipt will take about 10 business days. Free shipping is included with your order (Free Shipping only for orders in the continental United States). Due to the custom nature of our product we don't offer any form of refunds unless the product is damaged in shipment. In which case we will rush order another urn for you and have it delivered as soon as we can.
